some event guidelines
- No Refunds: Craftlab does not offer refunds for classes, memberships, or open lab hours. If you are unable to attend a class, we ask that you let us know. You may reschedule for a future session at no additional cost.
- Assumption of Risk: Visitors assume all risks related to using the space and equipment, and release Craftlab and its staff from liability for any injury they may sustain while participating.
- Community Conduct: Visitors will treat others with kindness and respect. Craftlab is an inclusive and welcoming environment — harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the space.
- Health & Safety: Visitors agree not to attend if sick. Please do your best to notify staff if you've registered for a class you can’t attend. You may reschedule, but will not receive a refund.
